MARVEL CRAFTS is a 100% Export - Oriented company manufacturing all
kinds of ready made garments. The company came into existence in 1999
and since then has grown at a rate of nearly 200% per annum. The
existing unit has a covered area of 20,000 Sq. Feet. The turnover
achieved in the last year from this unit was US$.2.5 million. A new
unit is ready at Gurgaon, Haryana with a covered area of 30,000 Sq.
Feet and with the commencement of this unit the targeted turnover for
the current year is US$.5 million.

manufacturing output and high quality. The management consists of an
young and dynamic hard workers with hands on involvement in an
divisions. The company holds a very strong reputation of achieving very

highest possible quality standards.
We are producing all kinds of woven and knit garments with the supply
chain set an over India for all kinds of fabric and accessory supply .
We are working with reliable Processing houses in Faridabad, Gurgaon,
Ahmedabad, Surat and Jodhpur for an kinds of fabric processes.
We also have a established network and experience of importing fabrics
from abroad and have been using imported fabrics for a lot of our
customers.
The infrastructure at the current unit consists of an kinds of modern
machinery and a highly skilled work force. The different divisions in
the company consist of a complete self sufficient sampling unit
consisting of 2 pattern masters, 15 sampling tailors and 3 embroidery
masters catering to the timely and perfect execution of an sampling
needs of an our customers.
The greige and processed fabrics are checked in house on a motorized
checking table and only the best quality of fabrics are used.
We have a complete computerized pattern making set up consisting of a
72" Digitizer and a 72" plotter and running of the same is overseen by
a fully trained grading master.
The cutting division consists of a dedicated pattern master to over
look the final grading and 2 cutting masters. The cutting division has
22 layer men enabling us to fulfill the complete in house stitching
capacity. We have 120 tailors in house sewing on an Japanese machines.
The unit is self sufficient with an imported single needle, 5 thread
over lock, flat lock and compressor fitted 4 thread over lock machines
helping us in achieving the highest benchmark in quality of woven and
knitted garments. The complete finishing is done an in house adhering
to the highest SQL levels.
We have an in house Perk machine and washing set up. The current
finishing floor has 12 steam presses. We try and use the best possible
packing material available in order to make the handling of the goods
trouble free at the customer's warehouses.
MARVEL CRAFTS has been producing goods for an top brand stores through
our various customers. We are doing production for Wal-mart, Sara Lee,
Sears, Shopko, Lane Bryant, Hudson Bay, AAFES, TK Maxx, Winners, etc.
The current was certified by Sara Lee, Vanity Fair and Shopko Stores
till 2005 and we are now planning to get certification from an major
stores once the production at the new unit in Gurgaon starts. The
ultimate goal at Gurgaon is to achieve WRAP approval.
